18. Business Services - Book Review

Book submissions and book reviews are services that once issued cannot be refunded. Submitting your book for review is not a guarantee that we will be able to sell your book or will sell a certain number of books. This is a hit driving-business and sales trends change daily. We cannot make claims that any book will sell, no matter the efforts taken. With our services, we will complete the tasks outlined in your invoice and services in good faith.

We will create designs for posts, reels, and content based on approved strategies with the client and services to be rendered. We will work based on your approvals and share our ideas for your consideration. All social media payments are non-refundable once issued and approved. For services scheduled that have not been started, we can issue a refund minus the consultation cost of $156.

Print Orders: For Live Event setup and all print orders, once you submit your approval for graphics, we are not responsible for print errors due to mistakes in copy or design if the approved design was submitted. The author/client is responsible for any associated fees with resubmission.

Edits: Clients will have 2 revisions with completed services to make changes. After such time, additional costs will be billed to start over, to repeat services, or if substantial changes (greater than 10%) are made after approval.

Payments and Refunds: Client will have 3 days to cancel services for a full refund after submission as long as the client did not request that we expediate services and skip the three-day hold.

CRM Services: We are not responsible for any associated loss or issues that happen within the program HighLevel we are an account manager and referral agency, but we are not customer support. Each client will be able to ask for our help to maintain websites, contacts, import details, and other associated questions, and KLE will do our best to help. If we are not able to complete the tasks, we will contact HighLevel customer support for further assistance. We do not control wait times. A credit card is required to be on file for your business account to maintain the use of your phone number, SMS messaging, and emails.
